Tea Reservations

Tearoom serving hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Breakfast is served until 10:00 a.m.

Last Lunch seating is at 3:00 p.m.

Reservations are recomended.

Saturday group seatings are 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

There is a 2 hour limit on group tea parties. Additional fees are added for extended stay, as defined below.

We define a group as 12 or more people and require that you pre-set a menu for group tea parties.

We have a 24 hour final guest count policy, as defined below.
- Reservations are always recommended and are required for groups of 6 or more.
How do I make a group reservation?
Credit card reservations are required for groups of 12 or more by calling 318.868.3652. Your credit card will only be used to guarantee space. You may pay for the party with cash, check, or credit card. We recommend making reservations at least three weeks in advance. Our busiest months are March, May, June and December.
How do I cancel a group reservation?
If you book a party of 15 or more and must cancel your reservations, please do so three weeks in advance. A fee of $50.00 will be charged for late cancellations. Parties who fail to honor their reservation will be charged full price.
I have not received RSVP's. What do I do?
All parties are required to call 24 hours in advance, guaranteeing a final count. Your final count is what you will actually be billed for. If you have last minute no-shows, we will be happy to pack the food to go.
How long may we use the room?
When you book a party, you may use the room for two hours. We find that is plenty of time to dine and open gifts, assuming your guests arrive on time. If, however you feel two hours is insufficient or if you need additional time, you may request it when you make your reservation.Charges are as follows:15 minutes- $25.00 30 minutes- $75.00 45 minutes- $125.00
What is the seating capacity and are private rooms available?

Tea Shoppe Room Seating Capacity - 30 For Private Party, 24 Meal MinimumWe will be happy to do private parties after hours and on Sundays with a guarantee of 25 guests. Menu minimum is $25.00 plus tax and gratuity per guest for After Hours events.
We will do our best to accommodate special dietary needs. You may add courses or delete courses from our pre-arranged menus for an additional fee. We will also be happy to create a special menu for you at a la carte prices.
May I bring a cake?
Of course! We will be happy to present, cut and serve for a fee of $0.75 per person.
Do you do children’s tea parties?
We are happy to receive children during teatime; however, we ask that each child be accompanied by an adult. We are unable to offer children's birthday or tea parties at this time.
Miscellany -
We recommend place cards for parties of 20 or more. You are welcome to bring fresh flowers or other decorations. Tax is 0.86%. Gratuity is 20% and is automatically added to parties of 6 or more.
Gift Purchases
Gift Certificates
Please allow us to simplify your shopping with a gift certificate from the tearoom/gift shoppe. Please call 318.868.3652. We would also be happy to wrap and mail a gift certificate to your loved one.
What are your shipping and tax charges?
Both shipping and tax charges are included in our prices. We ship via the post office in flat rate boxes. If you require overnight delivery during the holidays or for a special event, please call the shoppe at 318.868.3652 and speak with Michelle to make those arrangements. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Will my new purchase arrive gift wrapped?
At your request, we will be happy to wrap purchaces before shipping. Please make note at time of purchase.
