Most mornings around 8:45 am., one of our favorite customers, Lady Jane, arrives for her cup of tea. She makes a quick trip to peruse the vegetable and herb garden out back, enters our 9:00 am circle of prayer, and then proceeds to the table for a light snack. Devout in her Catholic faith, Lady Jane epitomizes the image of a Southern Belle - exceedingly well mannered, immaculately dressed, embellished from head to toe, and never an unkind word for anyone - always prayerful - always glowing with God‘s goodness. Her tea, “Lady Jane’s Favorite” is much the same - an all natural blend of strawberry and blackberry dried fruits with a smart and proper palette finish. A great source of Vitamin C which brews a pretty shade of pink. We especially love this tea iced; it is the perfect accompaniement to The Tearoom Regal Salad - assorted fresh greens, mozzarella cheese, toasted walnuts, and Granny Smith apples with Tearoom Sweet Cream Dressing.
