    Gourmet Soups                            Cup $3.75 Bowl $7.75
    Beef and Barley Soup-  A wonderful beef broth soup with barley, ground beef, Italian sausage and an assortment of vegetables.
     
    Tomato Basil Soup- Tomatoes, cream, onions, garden rice and carrots. .
    Victorian Soup-A Victorian Era recipe with chicken, ham, asparagus, leeks, cucumber and mushrooms pureed with cream. This is by far Glenwood's most popular soup.
     
    Salads
    Fresh Fruit Salad- Strawberries, grapes, bananas, pears, and apples with yogurt and honey or poppy seed dressing.

    A traditional, tart raspberry cream vinaigrette dressing tossed with red tip lettuces, lots of toasted almonds, feta cheese and fresh pears.
